Alfallah Cleantech (M) Sdn Bhd incorporated in Jan 1981 and was in the construction industry. In year 2015, the company decided to diversify into businesses which encompasses Green Technology. It expanded its vision globally and has made its debut in Africa through its associate company Profit Link Africa Ltd which is located in Nairobi, Kenya. It intends to develop its presence in East Africa as well as other parts in the African continent. Plans are under way to foray into other parts of the world.

The ultimate holding company is Allfallah Tijara Group of companies which has subsidiary companies dealing in Civil & Structural Engineering, Agro Based Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical, ICT Solutions & Services, Food Manufacturing and exports, Paints and Fire Fighting systems.

The holding company for the African operations is Tanall Holdings Ltd.
